F&W Style | Leather Handbags Alexandria Alli, the founder, began her passion for design at the age of ten, when she persuaded her mother to let her work as an assistant at her design Design Studio every day after school. Being in that setting taught her a lot about design and running a fashion company. At thirteen, her family relocated from Nigeria to Atlanta, Georgia, where she began her modeling career. She modeled for prominent corporations across the South.
As her modeling career progressed, she fell in love with the industry’s beauty and elegance, as well as the well-crafted costly items, particularly purses, that she had the opportunity to wear as a model. But she quickly discovered that most women, like herself, couldn’t afford the luxury accessories and apparel she modeled in publications and on the catwalk. After receiving her Master’s Degree in Business Administration in 2008, she chose to combine her educational background with her years of experience in the fashion industry to launch a luxury brand for the busy lady on the go. F&W Style was founded with her husband Alfred’s assistance.
