Huncho House | Tobias Dorzon, the Executive Head Chef, attributes his passion for cuisine to the many hours he spent in the kitchen as a boy learning to cook alongside his West African father. Tobias was brought up in Maryland by his father, who had moved there from West Africa. There, Tobias was able to incorporate his background and culture into the development of his culinary abilities.
His ability to produce properly prepared dishes with a homestyle twist without compromising the flavor certainly speaks to his enthusiasm and inventiveness for creating the ideal settings for enjoying a mouthwatering evening.
Because of his education in Italian cuisine and his enthusiasm for the cuisines of the world, he hopes to introduce something exciting and interesting to the people of his hometown. It’s not only about the cuisine on a swanky restaurant’s artfully arranged menu!
