How long do I have to return my item? 

You have 14 business days from the date of delivery to return your item. 

 
What are Final Sale Items?

All items that are bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments, accessories are considered Final Sale, non-returnable and cannot be returned for Store Credit

 
I want to do an exchange, what do I do?

Currently we are unable to accommodate exchanges. We welcome you to return your item(s) by mail in accordance with our Return Policy by using our returns portal You have the option to repurchase the item(s) in your desired size and/or color. 

 
Do you offer Prepaid Return Labels? 
We do not provide prepaid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return.

More Information Regarding Returns At Muurswagg

Requests that are submitted after 14 business days from the delivery date will be denied. Returned merchandise must be in the original manufacturer packaging with all tags attached and no signs or smell of wear. Items that show any sign of wear will be denied and returned back to the customer, no exceptions!

– Shipping fees are not refundable.

  • Please be sure to read the item description and view our size chart, as all items come just as described and pictured. If an order cancellation is necessary, a request must be approved before any order can be cancelled.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
  • Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
  • All returns must include an order packing slip or return invoice from Online Return Portal that clearly indicates which items are being returned. If this is not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues in processing.
  • When sending back items from multiple orders, you must fill out an order packing slip for each applicable order.
  • All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Muurswagg E-Gift Card.
  • We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
  • Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • Returns for store credit may incur a 15-20% restocking fee. 

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns

We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

SIZING 


Please double check size and color of your clothes carefully before buying ( The specific size will be found on each product’s purchasing page). All items come as pictured and described. View our Sizing Chart here.

ORDER PROCESSING

 Orders will generally be shipped within two (2) – three (3) business days after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed, unless other arrangements have been made. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.  If your order is confirmed delivered and you did not receive it, you must contact your local post office.  We do not issue refund for packages that shows that it has been delivered.

CANCELLATION


Please note we do not accept cancellations after your order has been shipped.

SHIPPING POLICY

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame being published, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct.
In the case of entering an incorrect shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of when the order was placed. We will do our best to fulfill you request and change the address. If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information that was entered by the customer.
 
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from MuurSwagg, you will be held liable for the original shipping charges.
 
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered and you have not received it.  You must follow up with the United States Postal Service.  MuurSwagg is not responsible for package(s) that shows complete delivery.           

All orders placed within the US, will be shipped via USPS.

Standard shipping can take 2-5 business days to arrive once shipped. This is just an estimate not a guarantee, and doesn’t include weekends or holidays. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Once your order is shipped, it usually takes 6-10 business days to arrive in your country. In some instances, delivery may be delayed depending on your country’s customs. We do not have any means to calculate the duration. 

MuurSwagg is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges. The customer is responsible for the charges, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery.

LOST or STOLEN PACKAGES


MuurSwagg is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered for an address entered on an order.  Upon inquiry, MuurSwagg will confirm delivery to address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. 

LOCAL PICK UP 

Please bring your confirmation email and valid I.D. when you come to collect your order. Orders placed on Monday – Thursday(before 12pm EST) will be available for pick up during Pick Up hours only. 

Pick Up Hours:

Friday 4pm – 8pm

Saturday 2pm-6pm

Sunday 2pm-6pm
