With over 18 years of experience in product development, brand management, and finance, Tisha Thompson is a force of nature in the beauty industry. As a former makeup artist, she saw firsthand the gaps in the market regarding shade offerings, undertones, and marketing representation for people of color.
Tisha spends her time traveling the globe, researching the latest innovations to ensure LYS Beauty remains at the forefront of the industry. She works directly with labs to turn consumer frustrations into high-performance solutions. Her mission is simple: to debunk the myth that clean beauty, extensive shade ranges, and affordability are mutually exclusive.
