Clover Hill is a little restaurant in the Brooklyn Heights Historic District that has only 26 seats and is owned by partners Clay Castillo and Gabriel Merino, together with Executive Chef Charlie Mitchell (Eleven Madison Park, Jônt, Bresca, One White Street). The restaurant’s location is on a green block that is paved with cobblestones.
Our intention is to create an atmosphere that is one of ease and consistency for our guests.
