Chef Blake graduated from Le Cordon Bleu in Pasadena, California, in 2003, earning his executive chef certification. Chef Blake got his start in the restaurant business at the Bayou Kitchen in Temecula, California, where he introduced his now-famous “money sauce” to the locals. Chef Blake has perfected the art of service and hopes to inspire the next generation of culinary pioneers by sharing his knowledge and wisdom with them wherever he goes.
