• Parental Advisory Yes or No
• Song Genre
• Producer Name or Label Name (optional)
• Upload Song (optional)
• Upload Photo(s) (optional)
• Upload Logo (optional)
• Cover Concept – your vision for the cover, including background, scene, objects, colors, fonts, photo(s), inspiration and reference images, hand-drawn cover sketch, etc. The more details, the better.
• Upload inspiration reference image and/or cover sketch (optional)

Additionally, on an outline of your design concept, FWRD can set up a cover concept. Call/DM/email to clarify your specifications.

Custom Cover Delivered. 

The delivery of your custom cover will occur within five (5) business days. Note: If, after the second revision, you remain unsatisfied with the custom cover, we will continue to work with you until you are satisfied.
