Founded in June 2020 by L.A. Natives and lifelong friends Yaw Marcus Yaw Johnson (Chef Mando) and Abdoulaye Balde (Chef AB), Two Hommès has established itself as a culinary gem, drawing patrons from near and far.
Starting as a rotating pop-up, Chefs Mando and AB toured and catered Two Hommès’ cuisine throughout Los Angeles, gaining traction and notoriety for their detailed service and one-of-a-kind flavors.
From June 2020 to September 2022, Two Hommès hustled relentlessly. The pair dedicated themselves to strategic planning and gradual progression towards establishing a lasting presence by building a loyal customer base and crafting unforgettable flavors. Within years, Two Hommès, as a testament to the brand’s growth and success, progressively transitioned to its first brick-and-mortar restaurant located in Inglewood, CA.
