Wing and Waffle Factory | In 2019, Auntie Loren and Uncle Demario Montgomery established Wing and Waffle Factory. The founders of this expanding delectable company are Uncle Mario, also known as the “Wang Kang,” and Auntie Loren, a handicapped veteran and self-described Waffle Queen. One day, Loren, a food content developer, was searching for ideas for a family brunch. With Mario’s help, they both came up with the idea of Atlanta’s favorite meal staple: hotwings served in an unusual way with flavored waffles. When we made the decision to begin selling to the community, the brainstorming sessions in that tiny kitchen practically instantly turned into a success.

Despite being a relatively tiny company, Wing and Waffle Factory offers excellent customer service, flavor, motivation, and pride in our product. With more than ten different varieties of wings and waffles, we have something for everyone, and our patrons are evidence that great things can be found in little packaging.

After closing our first physical shop during COVID, we chose to buy a canvas tent and roam the city to delight palates with our gourmet wings and waffles rather than giving up and giving up. We currently cater, host pop-up events and exhibits, host vendor events, and do a lot of other things throughout town.

This husband and wife pair doesn’t intend to slow down, and we don’t let the absence of a restaurant or food truck stop us because hard work and sacrifice will in life produce far more than one could hope for.
