Subject to stock availability. We make every effort to keep our website’s stock counts accurate, however there may be times when there is a stock difference and we are unable to fulfill all of your orders at the time of purchase. In this case, we will complete the available products for you and contact you to determine whether you would prefer to wait for the backordered item to be restocked or for us to issue a refund.

Shipping fees are computed at checkout depending on item weight, dimensions, and destination. Shipping charges will be collected along with the purchase. ​

Dispatch Time
Orders are normally shipped within 10 to 15 business days of payment. ​

Our warehouse is open Monday through Friday during regular business hours, with the exception of national holidays, when it is closed. In these cases, we take steps to keep shipment delays to a minimal.

Parcels Damaged During Transit

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged. If you receive a defective item, please email us at hello@zjle.ca within 7 days of receiving your order with product details and photographs of the defect. We will assess your claim and give you instructions on how to proceed with the return/exchange process.

Please be aware that we have the right to deny any returns or exchanges that do not adhere to our policy requirements. All items must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, and in the same condition that you received them. Shipping expenses are non-refundable, and the client is responsible for any return shipping fees. We take great care to ensure that all products are thoroughly inspected and wrapped before being dispatched. However, if you receive a damaged item, we apologize for any trouble this has caused and will make every attempt to rectify the problem as soon as possible.
