TONGORO, a 100% Made in Africa brand created and manufactured in Dakar, Senegal, was introduced in the spring of 2016 by Sarah Diouff. Our brand focuses on knowing what our clients desire in terms of design and providing them with fun and distinctive clothing.

Our long-term objective is to establish a new dynamic for Africa-based manufacturing and support the social and economic advancement of artisanal workers in Western Africa by procuring our materials domestically and collaborating with regional tailors.
With celebrities like Beyonce, Naomi Campbell, Alicia Keys, Iman, Burna Boy, and others, Tongoro has achieved international recognition since its debut and has been named one of Fast Company’s 50 Most Innovative Companies for 2020.
